Grateful Dead Concert Poster is

a rare “spoof” or gag concert poster designed by Randy Chavez for a fictional Grateful Dead New Year’s Eve show on December 31, 1993, at the Oakland Coliseum.

Created for Bill Graham Presents (BGP) employees, it joked about skipping the annual NYE concert pandemonium, as the band did not play that night.
